Smoking Cessation

This online course has been design by practitioners and educationalist at Sandwell PCT and The University of Wolverhampton, and is being piloting by the West Midlands Strategic Health Authority as a multi-professional e-learning resource.
The aim of this course is to help you develop skills and knowledge to boost your capability to offer smoking cessation services to clients in the context of a multidisciplinary virtual learning environment.
The content has been designed for use by any practitioner working in any setting. You can work at your own pace and progress though different topics; there is a quiz at the end to test your knowledge, and case studies to try out your understanding in practice. We hope to the future to enable you to compare and progress with other users from a variety of backgrounds.
