Your feedback is necessary to enhance the development of this tool. 
As we mentioned earlier this tool is being piloted by the West Midland Strategic Health Authority as a multi-professional learning resource, and ultimately our goal is to create a virtual “community of practice”  To do this we ask that you anonymously provide feedback by filling out the pre-course survey and post course evaluation forms.
The results tabulated from anonymised registration and course feedback will be used for the sole purpose of quality improvement of the curriculum.

What information we collect and how we may use it
As a participant of this site we will ask you to complete a pre-course registration survey and a post course evaluation. This information will may help us provide a better educational course. For example:

1. We will collect anonymised information for audit  and analysis — such as your occupation, age, gender, ethnicity  and previous experience of smoking cessation to  understand which parts of our website,  and training materials are of most interest to different types of user.
2. We will collect anonymised information regarding users training activities and test scores. This helps us to determine how best to provide useful information to our users.
3. We will use anoymised views and feedback on our training materials for auditing, research, and analysis to improve our training materials for an inter-professional audience.
